I’m excited to announce that Copart was named a LiveHelpNow Challenge winner last month for exceptional customer service through live chat!
When Member Services Team Members are active (during normal business hours), live chat is available to computer users via a blue button on the right side of Copart.com’s How to Buy section. It’s offered in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Polish, and it provides an alternative to email and telephone, particularly for Copart buyers outside of the United States.
